Gregory September 26|According to market sources, smart ring manufacturer Oura’s planned initial public offering in the United States has been oversubscribed by about 4 times. According to the previously disclosed offering plan, Oura and existing shareholders intend to sell 50 million shares at a price of 40 to 44 US dollars per share, with a maximum offering size of approximately 2.2 billion US dollars based on the upper limit of the range. The company is expected to be listed on Nasdaq next week under the ticker “OURA”.
