Vestis Names Russell Tiejema CFO; Maintains 2026 Outlook

07:40 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Vestis (VSTS) said Monday it named Russell Tiejema as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately. Tiejema succeeds Adam K. Bowen, who has been the company's interim CFO since Dec. 2025. Bowen will remain with the company through the end of October. Tiejema was most recently executive vice president and CFO of specialty building materials distributor US LBM. The company also reiterated its full-year fiscal 2026 guidance that revenue will be flat to down 2%, compared with normalized fiscal 2025 revenue excluding the impact of an additional operating week. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.65 billion.
