- The companies withdrew their prior filings on Sept. 25, 2026 to give regulators more time to review.
- Closing remains contingent on the review timeline and a MarketAxess shareholder vote scheduled for Oct. 29, 2026.
- The deal is still expected to close in the first half of 2027.
