11:17 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ford Motor (F) Chief Executive Jim Farley said the issue at a supplier that impacted F-150 truck output has been resolved but that it will affect the automaker's Q3 wholesale figures, Reuters reported Wednesday. F-150 production was halted last week at a Detroit-area plant due to a supply problem, Reuters previously reported, citing an internal memo. Ford's F-150 plant in Kansas City was also affected, the report said. Ford didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires. This theoretically still allows OPEC+ to discuss the related results at the plenary meeting in late November. The independent capacity assessment results will directly affect the production caps approved for each member country, and some member countries have already shown significant disagreements regarding quotas, putting pressure on the alliance’s stability.
