The Dow Jones opened up 0.2%, the Nasdaq rose 0.49%, and the S&P 500 increased 0.2%. Among top tech stocks, Google-A gained 1.95%, Microsoft climbed 1.36%, while Intel fell 1.25%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rose 0.39%, NIO was up 1.17%, and Pinduoduo gained 0.51%.
