05:41 PM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Elutia (ELUT) said late Thursday it has received the full $8 million held in escrow from the sale of its BioEnvelope business to Boston Scientific (BSX). The payment came following an indemnity holdback period that began with the closing of the $88 million transaction in October last year, the company said. Elutia said it is now fully funded through the first year of the expected NXT-41x launch and into 2029. The company said it expects a "favorable" clearance decision from the US Food and Drug Administration for NXT-41x in the first half of 2027. Shares were up over 18% in after-hours trading.
