Nike released its financial report for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.

According to Jinse Finance APP, on October 2nd Beijing time, Nike (NKE.US) released its financial report for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. The report shows that global revenue for this quarter reached $11.2 billion. Of this, direct-to-consumer business revenue was $4.1 billion, a decrease of 8% on a reported basis; distributor business revenue was $6.8 billion, a decrease of 1% on a reported basis. Nike Group’s inventory assets stood at $7.8 billion, down 3% compared to the same period last year; Nike Greater China revenue was $1.18 billion.

Nike's running business once again achieved double-digit growth and continued to increase its market share. Global football business, fueled by World Cup fervor, achieved strong double-digit growth across all four major regional markets. Training business saw global growth driven by female consumers. Basketball business achieved double-digit growth in North America and is expected to maintain this momentum into the second quarter. In addition, both tennis and golf businesses also achieved double-digit growth.
