Stryker CEO Kevin Lobo to Become Executive Chair; President, COO Spencer Stiles Named Successor
MT newswire2026/10/06 12:5608:56 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Stryker (SYK) Chief Executive Kevin Lobo is stepping down after 14 years and transitioning to the role of executive chair of the board, effective Jan. 1, as part of a planned leadership transition, the company said Tuesday. He will be succeeded by President and Chief Operating Officer Spencer Stiles, who will also be appointed to the board, the company said. Stiles joined the company in 1999, serving in various roles before being named president and chief operating officer in January, the company said. Shares of the company were down 3.7% in recent premarket trading.
