10:54 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Asian equities traded in the US as American depositary receipts were marginally lower Tuesday morning, edging down 0.04% to 3,024.60 on the S&P Asia 50 ADR Index. From North Asia, the gainers were led by online game developer The9 (NCTY) and brand platform 36Kr (KRKR), which climbed 8.6% and 6.1% respectively. They were followed by commercial real estate and digital security company Eason Technology (DXF) and biopharmaceutical company Zai Lab (ZLAB), which advanced 1% and 2% respectively. The decliners from North Asia were led by automotive marketplace Token Cat (TC) and lender CNFinance (CNF), which were down 3.6% and 3.1% respectively. They were followed by education company 51Talk Online Education Group (COE) and used car marketplace Uxin (UXIN), each down 2.8%. From South Asia, the gainers were led by lender HDFC Bank (HDB) and computer hardware maker Canaan (CAN), which rose 1.4% and 0.6% respectively. They were followed by lender ICICI Bank (IBN) and pharmaceutical company Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (RDY), which were up 1% and 0.2% respectively. The decliners from South Asia were led by IT firm Infosys (INFY) and telecommunications operator PLDT (PHI), which dropped 1.3% and 0.8% respectively. They were followed by tech conglomerate Sea (SE) and IT firm Wipro (WIT), which lost 1.1% and 0.3% respectively.
