According to Fox News, U.S. President Trump will present the nation’s highest honors in science and technology to several tech industry leaders at the "Science: The New Golden Age" event at the White House on Thursday. Elon Musk, Google co-founder Sergey Brin, Jensen Huang, and AMD CEO Lisa Su will be awarded the National Medal of Science; Dell CEO Michael Dell and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will receive the National Medal of Technology and Innovation. This will mark the first time these two medals have been awarded during Trump's two administrations.

According to Axios, US President Trump will attend an AI science conference on Thursday aimed at promoting the use of “superintelligence” to accelerate scientific breakthroughs. The White House will announce that companies such as AMD, OpenAI, and Anthropic will commit to over $1 billion in industry investments for the "Genesis Mission." Additionally, more than 14 institutions will form computing hubs across 10 southeastern states, including a $1 billion investment in Georgia to provide computing resources for students and university faculty. The National Science Foundation and the Department of Energy will also invest over $100 million to develop AI-driven scientific research tools.
