MT newswire2026/10/08 07:5203:52 AM EDT, 10/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) logged a 51% jump in quarterly revenue, helped by the AI boom, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing its own calculations. The chipmaker reported revenue of 1.49 trillion New Taiwan dollars ($46.7 billion) over the three-months ended in September, according to Bloomberg. Analysts polled by FactSet expect revenue of NT$1.45 trillion. A year earlier, the company posted Q3 revenue of NT$989.92 billion. The company, which is scheduled to report its Q3 results on Oct. 15, did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
