According to Jinse Finance, it has been reported that Iambic Therapeutics (IAM.US), a biotechnology company developing small-molecule anti-cancer therapies based on its self-developed artificial intelligence (AI) platform and currently in Phase I clinical trials, announced its IPO terms on Thursday. The San Diego, California-based company plans to raise $150 million by offering 9.4 million shares at a price range of $15 to $17 per share. Some investors have already expressed their intention to purchase $60 million worth of shares in this offering, accounting for 40% of the deal. At the midpoint of the proposed price range, Iambic Therapeutics would have a fully diluted market value of $809 million.

Some investors have indicated their intention to purchase $60 million worth of stock in this offering (accounting for 40% of the transaction). Based on the midpoint of the proposed price range, Iambic Therapeutics' fully diluted market capitalization would reach $809 million.
