According to Zhihui Finance APP, Apple (AAPL.US)'s lawsuit against OpenAI for alleged theft of trade secrets will have its first key court hearing. Wednesday's hearing will address two crucial issues: first, Apple is requesting that the court order OpenAI to immediately stop using its allegedly stolen trade secrets; second, OpenAI is seeking to have the court completely dismiss Apple's lawsuit.
