08:29 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cronos (CRON) has completed its previously announced acquisition of Dutch cannabis company CanAdelaar for 57.5 million euros ($64.4 million), the company said Thursday. The base purchase price is in addition to a contingent cash earnout of 0.5 times CanAdelaar's normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization in 2026 and 2027, the company said. CanAdelaar former Chief Executive Christopher Martens has been named general manager of Cronos Netherlands, the company said.
