08:36 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla (TSLA) said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it has nominated Elon Musk, Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel for re-election to the company's board of directors for three-year terms at its Dec. 3 annual meeting. The filing reported Musk's total compensation for 2025 at approximately $158.4 billion. That figure includes about $132.3 billion in maximum grant-date fair value for his 2025 CEO Performance Award, which covers about 423.7 million performance-based restricted shares, and about $26.1 billion for a separate interim award that was forfeited in April 2026. The award could have reached approximately $1 trillion in value if 12 tranches of performance-based milestones had been met. However, according to the filing, none of the tranches had been earned.
