Fair Isaac Maintains Mortgage Score Pricing for Lenders in Preferred Program

04:32 PM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fair Isaac (FICO) said late Friday it will hold its wholesale mortgage price for the FICO Score through its tri-merge resellers at $10 for lenders and brokers registered in its Preferred Program. The flat year-over-year pricing will be available to lenders who have committed to FICO, providing lenders access to Classic FICO Score and FICO Score 10T, according to a statement.
