RadNet to Acquire ONRAD in Cash and Stock Deal

05:51 PM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RadNet (RDNT) said Monday it agreed to acquire ONRAD, a provider of teleradiology and in-hospital professional radiology staffing services, for $350 million in cash and 5 million shares of RadNet common stock, plus an earnout of up to $210 million, as it expands into hospital-based radiology. The earnout is payable upon achievement of target EBITDA for 2027, in cash, stock or a combination at RadNet's election, the company said. The transaction is expected to close in early 2027. ONRAD will become the foundation of RadNet's third reportable operating segment, Radiology Professional Services, the company said.
