US judge rejects injunction, Novo Nordisk (NVO.US) fails in initial attempt to block Eli Lilly (LLY.US) weight-loss drug advertising

According to Zhitong Finance APP, on Monday, a U.S. judge rejected Novo Nordisk's (NVO.US) request to ban Eli Lilly (LLY.US) from continuing to air advertisements for its weight-loss drug. The Danish pharmaceutical company argued that the related advertisements were false and misleading, while the market involved in the advertisements has annual sales of tens of billions of dollars.
