08:49 AM EDT, 10/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Simon Property Group (SPG) said Friday one of its subsidiaries has entered into an agreement to acquire open-air retail center University Village in Seattle, Washington. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in Q4, Simon said.
