After pre-market trading resumed, Lumentum (LITE.US) saw its gains expand to as much as 4.2%, but has now turned lower. Marvell Technology (MRVL.US) will acquire Lumentum in an all-stock deal valued at $115 billion, betting on the artificial intelligence data center sector.
