Oracle Files With SEC to Offer $10 Billion of Common Stock

08:30 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Oracle (ORCL) is offering $10 billion of shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Proceeds from the offering will go toward general corporate purposes, possibly including capital expenditures, repayment of debt, future investments or acquisitions and payment of cash dividends, the company said.
