08:52 AM EST, 11/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were advancing premarket Monday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.6% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.1% higher. Oracle (ORCL) is offering $10 billion of shares of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, the company said in a filing. Oracle stock was down more than 4% pre-bell.
