DIFC Court proposes establishing an oracle to enforce tokenized asset court rulings
According to Odaily, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Court published the “Dispute Resolution Oracle” (DRO) white paper on November 5, proposing that off-chain court or arbitration rulings could directly trigger the mandatory enforcement of on-chain tokenized assets. The mechanism is based on a voluntary principle, requiring parties to designate a dispute resolution forum in advance, with the DIFC Court serving as the first qualified provider. The DRO is responsible for verifying enforcement instructions and generating auditable on-chain execution records, while the actual dispute judgments, arbitration, and mediation are still carried out in the traditional manner.
