$GRVT Stripe’s stablecoin payouts let eligible U.S. businesses send USDC and OUSD to crypto wallets in more than 160 recipient markets, a capability the company described on October 16, 2026. The service remains in public preview, excludes New York-based companies and charges a percentage-based fee that makes transfer size important when comparing it with Stripe’s listed wire fee. Key takeaways New York businesses cannot join the public preview. USDC payouts support nine networks; OUSD supports four. The payout charge is $0.50 plus 0.5% per transfer. Transfers draw from USD or USDC balances and typically arrive within minutes. Who can use Stripe’s stablecoin payouts? Eligible businesses based in the United States can send either supported stablecoin directly to recipients’ external wallets. Stripe’s documentation separates the sender’s eligibility from the supported recipient markets. New York-based companies are excluded from the public preview. Stripe directs those businesses to register for notification when access becomes available. The October 16 announcement, written by Neetika Bansal, Stripe’s business lead for Money as a Service, described stablecoin payments to 160 markets and traditional-currency payouts to more than 100 markets through the Dashboard. Stripe also described hosted forms and APIs for fintech companies embedding payouts in their products. Its named uses include loan disbursements, remittances, investment withdrawals and neobank cash-outs. Supported networks and how wallet payouts work Stripe supports USDC payouts across nine blockchain networks and OUSD payouts across four. Businesses fund payments using a USD or USDC balance in their Stripe financial account, and recipients receive the selected stablecoin. USDC’s supported networks include Ethereum, Solana, Stellar and Tempo, alongside Arbitrum, Avalanche C-Chain, Base, Optimism and Polygon. OUSD is supported on Tempo, Solana, Ethereum and Base. Stripe instructs senders to confirm that the destination wallet supports both the chosen token and network. In the Dashboard, the sender adds the recipient and wallet, chooses the crypto payout method, enters the amount, reviews the details and submits the payment. Recipient information must include an email address, name and address. For a business recipient, the name must be the company name. Stripe’s documentation says payments typically reach recipients within minutes. How Stripe’s stablecoin payout fees compare with wires Stripe’s published stablecoin payout charge is $0.50 plus 0.5% of the amount transferred, compared with its listed $25 SWIFT wire fee. The two advertised payout charges match at $4,900. Below that threshold, the stablecoin payout charge is lower. Above it, the percentage component pushes the charge beyond $25. A $1,000 stablecoin transfer carries a $5.50 payout fee, while a $10,000 transfer carries a $50.50 fee. These comparisons reflect only the advertised payout rates, excluding any applicable conversion or platform costs. According to Stripe, currency conversion begins at 0.5%, and a separate platform fee of 0.05% applies to monthly payout totals above a $1 million threshold across payment methods. Global Payouts joins Treasury and Issuing Stripe places Global Payouts alongside Treasury and Issuing in a shared financial-services offering. The company says these products can share customer-verification information and work with Open Standard’s OUSD stablecoin and the Tempo blockchain. A separate service, Stripe Pay, introduced free instant business transfers in October, using business-profile handles to identify recipients. Both sender and recipient need qualifying financial accounts. Stripe’s October 16 announcement also described stablecoin card issuing across 27 European Union countries, bringing its reach to more than 65 countries worldwide. The cards can use balances in custodial wallets, noncustodial wallets or Stripe financial accounts, with conversion into local currency at purchase. Stripe said it planned to expand stablecoin card issuing to 100 countries by the end of 2026. Article produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed by the editorial team.

$GRVT Circle’s USDC minting accelerated on November 2, 2026, when four transactions created 1 billion USDC in about 10 minutes. Each mint contained 250 million tokens—the same size as the five October issuances on Solana—while USDC maintained its $1 peg. The distinction for market liquidity is that newly minted tokens do not necessarily enter circulation immediately. Key takeaways Circle recorded five 250 million USDC mints on Solana in October 2026. November 2 brought four equally sized mints within roughly 10 minutes. USDC held its dollar peg through the issuance activity. Treasury-held tokens do not immediately add to circulating liquidity. Circle’s USDC minting followed a consistent October pattern Circle created 250 million USDC in each of five October transactions, all on Solana through the official USDC Treasury contract. The repeated amounts established a consistent issuance pattern before November’s faster batch. The first four mints occurred on October 2, October 6, October 16 and October 23, 2026. Findings placed the fifth between October 27 and October 28, 2026. Whale Alert flagged that late-October transaction, and Solscan confirmed that it originated from the official treasury contract. All five October transactions used the verified contract, with the recorded activity confined to Solana. November’s faster issuance left the dollar peg intact On November 2, Circle completed four separate 250 million USDC mints within about 10 minutes, producing a combined 1 billion USDC. The transaction size stayed unchanged; the pace increased sharply from October’s spread-out schedule. USDC maintained its $1 peg throughout the minting activity. No market disruptions were reported during the October issuances. The accompanying research interpreted that price stability as a sign of confidence in Circle’s reserve backing. That interpretation rests on the peg’s performance during issuance, rather than on the minting amounts alone. Minting and circulating liquidity are different measures Circle’s USDC minting does not automatically increase the tokens available to the market. Newly created USDC can stay in treasury reserves until needed, so issuance and circulation are separate steps. The research describes October’s identical transaction sizes as consistent with routine liquidity management. It also connects dollar-token availability with Solana’s decentralized finance ecosystem, where lending protocols, exchanges and trading pools use dollar-pegged tokens. The November batch received a more tentative interpretation: the concentrated issuance could represent supply prepared for anticipated demand. That is a reading of the transaction pattern, not confirmation that the tokens had already reached users. Circulation and issuance cadence remain distinct signals Tracking treasury outflows establishes when minted tokens become circulating market liquidity. The issuance schedule provides a separate measure of how Circle is creating supply. The recorded contrast is specific: October 2026 contained five equally sized mints distributed across the month; November 2 contained four of the same size within about 10 minutes. $COST Circle’s expansion beyond stablecoins supplied the biggest boost to its third-quarter earnings, as the company recognized $182 million in revenue from its ARC token presale, helping offset falling income from the reserves backing its flagship stablecoin, USDC. The company reported diluted earnings per share of $0.84, up from $0.64 a year earlier. Total revenue and reserve income rose 17% to $865 million. Without the ARC token sale, however, revenue would have fallen from a year earlier. Circle shares were down 0.84% at $74.59 at 16:05 UTC on Nov. 4, according to Yahoo Finance. The results capture a transition for Circle. Its established stablecoin business earns returns on the reserves backing USDC, tying income to interest rates and the amount of the token outstanding. Its newer businesses aim to earn from the payments and financial activity those digital dollars support. Lower yields weigh on USDC reserve income Circle launched its payments network in May 2025 to connect financial institutions settling cross-border payments with stablecoins. Arc, its blockchain for financial applications, went live on public mainnet on Sept. 16, 2026. Its native token, ARC, is intended to support network security and governance as Arc moves toward proof of stake in 2027, while transaction fees are paid in USDC. That contribution arrived as lower reserve yields outweighed growth in USDC balances. Average circulation increased 8% year over year, but the reserve return fell 61 basis points to 3.5%. Reserve income declined 8% to $657.6 million. Interest rates were lower than a year earlier, despite a Federal Reserve rate hike in September. The Fed raised its benchmark range by a quarter percentage point to 3.75%–4% in September, although that remained below the 4%–4.25% range set a year earlier. Circle’s reserve return also edged up from 3.48% in the second quarter, but the earnings pressure reflected the lower year-over-year yield. USDC ended September at $73.9 billion in circulation, while its share of the stablecoin market fell 1.83 percentage points to 27%. Competition is also expanding. Open Standard’s Open USD was live on Solana by Sept. 30, with Coinbase, Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe and Visa as founding partners. The stablecoin model distributes reserve earnings to partners after a management fee, giving businesses another option for accessing stablecoins and sharing their economics. Related: ARK buys $17M in Coinbase, Circle shares while trimming Bullish Circle’s revenue mix ARC changed Circle’s earnings picture. Excluding ARC presale revenue, total revenue and reserve income were $683 million, down roughly 8% year over year. Reported adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rose 85% to $317 million. Without the ARC contribution, adjusted EBITDA was approximately $135 million, down 21% from $171 million a year earlier. Circle anticipates staking rewards after Arc transitions to proof of stake, which it targets for 2027. That would create another source of revenue, although it remains dependent on the network’s development. Circle is also beginning to charge for some payments-network activity. Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Fox-Geen said on the earnings call that the company expected material CPN revenue in 2027. Chief Executive Jeremy Allaire described Circle’s strategy as building connected networks, with growth in stablecoins, payments and blockchain applications reinforcing one another. “This is not just about payments, and it is not just about digital dollars. It is about multiple compounding flywheels on one platform. Every new member, every new builder, and every new asset makes the whole platform more valuable,” Allaire said. The company is also adjusting its workforce size. The earnings disclosures included a reduction affecting approximately 5% of employees, which Circle said was intended to align its organization with its operating model and strategic priorities. Circle minted $250M USDC for the fifth time in October, then followed it with $1B across four mints in 10 minutes on November 2. USDC held its $1 peg throughout.
