Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei and Salesforce (CRM.US) CEO Marc Benioff stated that enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence is still in its early stages and requires additional support to fully unlock the value of AI. Dario noted at the annual Salesforce Dreamforce conference that currently only about 5%-10% of AI’s actual economic value is being utilized, and large corporations are still some distance away from comprehensive AI adoption. Benioff pointed out that there are significant disparities in AI application among enterprises, indicating that further assistance is needed to help clients advance their digital transformation. Previously, Salesforce expanded its collaboration with Anthropic by integrating the Claude model into its product portfolio. Meanwhile, NVIDIA (NVDA.US) CEO Jensen Huang said AI safety should be guided by market forces rather than additional legal regulations. He believes AI companies can manage risks by controlling development pace and releasing safe models.
