THE CRYPTO MARKET IS AT A TURNING POINT: BITCOIN, ETHEREUM, SOLANA AND ZCASH LEAD THE NEXT BIG TEST Market Analysis | November 1, 2026 The crypto market is entering November with a very different mood from the one investors expected. A sudden wave of selling, billions in liquidations and a major exchange security incident have shaken confidence. However, the latest market figures also show something important: prices are beginning to recover from the worst of the selloff. This is not yet a confirmed market reversal. It is a test of whether buyers have enough strength to rebuild confidence or whether the recent recovery will become another opportunity for sellers to exit. The most important assets to watch are $BTC, $ETH, $SOL and $ZEC. Their performance could tell us whether the wider market is preparing for recovery or another period of weakness. 1. WHAT CAUSED THE SELLING PRESSURE? Three factors have played a major role. First: the Binance security incident. The reported $6.3 billion security breach created serious concerns about exchange safety and market confidence. Traders became more cautious, and prices across several major cryptocurrencies came under pressure. There has been an important development, though. On October 31, Binance announced that it had replenished approximately 90% of the affected assets using company funds, reserves and its Secure Asset Fund for Users. It also said that withdrawals were expected to resume on November 1. The remaining 10% involved less-liquid assets. This is positive progress, but the market still needs to see the withdrawal services restored and the promised proof-of-reserves verification completed. The full cryptographic proof was expected around November 3. Second: forced liquidations. CoinDesk reported approximately $1.53 billion in crypto liquidations over 24 hours during the October 30 selloff. Nearly 84% involved long positions. This is important because leveraged traders can make a falling market even worse. When their positions are automatically closed, selling increases, prices fall further and additional positions become vulnerable. Third: investors are becoming more selective. When uncertainty rises, traders generally reduce exposure to speculative assets. Smaller altcoins often suffer more because their order books are thinner and large sell orders can move prices sharply. The result is a market where Bitcoin and a handful of major assets attract most of the attention, while many smaller tokens struggle to recover. 2. THE TOP 15 CRYPTOCURRENCIES: WHERE THE MARKET STANDS The following snapshot uses market-cap rankings and prices reported on November 1. Rankings can change, and stablecoins should not be judged by the same price-performance standards as speculative cryptocurrencies. Rank| Asset| Approx. price 1| $BTC — Bitcoin| $77,568 2| $ETH — Ethereum| $2,261 3| $USDT — Tether| $0.9995 4| $BNB — BNB| $703 5| $XRP — XRP| $1.25 6| $USDC — USD Coin| $1.00 7| $SOL — Solana| $95.94 8| $TRX — TRON| $0.303 9| $FIGR_HELOC — Figure Heloc| $1.05 10| $ZEC — Zcash| $1,278 11| $HYPE — Hyperliquid| $87.98 12| $DOGE — Dogecoin| $0.0759 13| $XMR — Monero| $597 14| $USDS — USDS| $1.00 15| $WBT — WhiteBIT Coin| $74.52 Prices are approximate snapshot figures, not guaranteed live trading prices. Figure Heloc is a tokenized real-world financial asset, while USDT, USDC and USDS are stablecoins. 3. FOUR COINS THAT DESERVE THE MOST ATTENTION $BTC — Bitcoin: The market's direction setter Bitcoin remains the most important indicator of overall crypto sentiment. After falling to around $76,460 during the October 30 selloff, Bitcoin recovered toward the $77,500–$78,500 area. The latest snapshot puts it around $77,568. That recovery is encouraging, but one green daily candle does not confirm a trend reversal. What matters now is whether Bitcoin can establish higher lows, attract sustained buying volume and reclaim important resistance levels. If it does, confidence could gradually return to the altcoin market. If it fails and breaks its recent support, traders may become defensive again. $ETH — Ethereum: The altcoin market's health check Ethereum is trading around $2,261 in the latest snapshot after reaching a two-month low near $2,239 during the selloff. ETH deserves special attention because it is connected to a huge part of the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi, stablecoins, smart contracts and tokenized assets. A strong Ethereum recovery would improve the outlook for many altcoins. But if ETH continues underperforming Bitcoin, it would suggest that investors are still avoiding higher-risk crypto exposure. For now, Ethereum needs more than a short bounce. It needs sustained demand. $SOL — Solana: A test of risk appetite Solana is trading around $95.94 in the latest snapshot. SOL is one of the most important assets to monitor when assessing whether investors are returning to higher-risk cryptocurrencies. If Bitcoin stabilizes and Solana begins outperforming it, that could indicate improving risk appetite. It would also be a useful sign for other high-volume altcoins. However, if SOL loses its recovery momentum, it could suggest that traders are still unwilling to commit capital to speculative positions. $ZEC — Zcash: Strength worth investigating Zcash is trading around $1,277.65 in the latest snapshot, with a positive 24-hour change of approximately 2.97%. Its relative strength makes it particularly interesting during a period when many altcoins are struggling. But there is a difference between relative strength and a confirmed long-term uptrend. Traders should watch whether ZEC can maintain its gains, attract consistent volume and hold important support levels. If it continues outperforming the wider market, it could remain one of the more interesting large-cap assets to monitor. 4. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER MAJOR ASSETS? The remaining top 15 also provide useful information about market conditions. - $BNB: Its performance is especially important because of its connection to the exchange at the center of the recent security incident. Confidence and normal platform operations will matter. - $XRP: Watch whether it can attract sustained demand during a broader market recovery. - $TRX: Its sharp recent weakness deserves attention. A stablecoin and payments ecosystem does not make its token immune to market selling. - $HYPE: Its derivatives-market connection makes trading activity and positioning particularly important. - $DOGE: A recovery in meme coins could signal that traders are becoming more comfortable taking risk again. - $XMR: Watch whether it can maintain demand independently of the broader market. - $WBT: Its exchange-related exposure makes confidence and market liquidity important. - $USDT, $USDC and $USDS: These stablecoins are more useful as indicators of capital positioning and liquidity than as assets expected to generate major price gains. - $FIGR_HELOC: Its tokenized financial-asset structure means it should not be treated like a typical speculative altcoin. 5. WHAT COULD HAPPEN NEXT? I see three realistic paths for November. Scenario A — A broader recovery If Bitcoin holds its recovery, Ethereum strengthens, Solana attracts fresh demand and exchange confidence improves, the market could begin rebuilding. In that situation, the strongest altcoins may recover first. Assets that maintain volume and higher lows would deserve more attention than coins simply bouncing after massive losses. Scenario B — Bitcoin stabilizes, but altcoins remain weak This is a scenario traders should not ignore. Bitcoin may move sideways while capital remains concentrated in major assets. Smaller altcoins could continue struggling even if the overall market looks stable. That would mean a recovery in Bitcoin does not automatically create an altcoin season. Scenario C — Another wave of selling If Bitcoin loses its recent support, exchange concerns return or macroeconomic pressure increases, the market could experience another round of liquidations. Smaller tokens would likely remain the most vulnerable. 6. THE SIGNALS I WOULD WATCH THIS WEEK Rather than predicting an exact bottom, I would focus on evidence: 1. Bitcoin: Can $BTC hold its recovery and establish higher lows? 2. Ethereum: Can $ETH regain strength relative to Bitcoin? 3. Solana: Does $SOL attract fresh volume and outperform the market? 4. Zcash: Can $ZEC maintain its relative strength? 5. Exchange confidence: Are withdrawals restored, and does the promised proof-of-reserves verification arrive? 6. Market positioning: Are liquidations slowing, and are funding conditions becoming less one-sided? 7. Altcoin participation: Are more coins recovering together, or are gains limited to a few isolated assets? FINAL THOUGHT: NOVEMBER WILL BE ABOUT CONFIDENCE, NOT JUST PRICE The recent selloff exposed how quickly leverage and uncertainty can damage the crypto market. But the recovery in major assets shows that buyers have not disappeared. The most important development will be whether the market can turn this short-term rebound into a stronger structure. I would give priority to $BTC for overall direction, $ETH for altcoin-market health, $SOL for risk appetite and $ZEC for relative strength. The biggest mistake right now would be assuming that every coin is cheap simply because it has fallen. A real recovery should show itself through stronger volume, sustained buying and improving market breadth. Until those signs appear, protecting capital is more important than chasing the next big candle. $BTC $ETH $ZEC

STOP CHASING GREEN CANDLES. THE REAL MONEY IS MADE BEFORE EVERYONE NOTICES. The next crypto opportunity might be hiding in plain sight. Let me tell you something most traders learn the hard way: You can choose a good project, understand its technology, predict the market direction correctly — and still lose money. Why? Because being right about a coin is not the same as being right about the timing. Crypto does not reward people simply for finding popular projects. It rewards those who understand where attention is moving, where capital is concentrating, and when the market is finally ready to move. That is the difference between chasing a pump and preparing for an opportunity. Six assets. Six different stories. One market to understand. $BTC — The decision-maker Bitcoin is more than another cryptocurrency. It is the asset that often determines how confident the rest of the market feels. When BTC attracts strong demand, traders become more willing to explore opportunities elsewhere. When Bitcoin struggles, altcoins can lose momentum quickly. I am not interested in celebrating every small BTC recovery. I want to see whether buyers can defend important levels and turn resistance into support. $ETH — The infrastructure that cannot be ignored Ethereum has something many speculative projects lack: an established role in the crypto economy. DeFi, stablecoins, tokenised assets, and smart contracts continue to make its ecosystem relevant. But here is the question traders should ask: if Ethereum has such a strong position, why isn't its price always reflecting that strength? The answer lies in demand. Technology creates potential. Capital movement determines market performance. $SOL — Where activity meets opportunity Solana has built an ecosystem that attracts developers, traders, and everyday users. Its speed and relatively low transaction costs make it attractive for applications that need frequent activity. But popularity can become dangerous when traders enter after the biggest move has already happened. I would rather watch SOL during consolidation than chase it after an explosive rally. $ZEC — The privacy conversation Most blockchains make transaction activity publicly visible. Zcash offers a different approach through shielded transactions. Financial privacy is a subject worth watching as digital assets become more connected to everyday finance. But there is a difference between a powerful narrative and sustainable token demand. Adoption, regulation, liquidity, and actual network usage will matter. $NEAR — The future needs more than a good story AI and blockchain are two major technology themes attracting attention. NEAR is positioning itself around blockchain infrastructure and easier application development, while also exploring the connection between AI and decentralised systems. That combination could attract interest, but I want to see real usage behind the narrative. A trending keyword can bring temporary attention. A useful product has a better chance of keeping it. $HYPE — The market is becoming its own financial infrastructure Hyperliquid is interesting because it focuses on on-chain trading rather than simply trying to become another general-purpose blockchain. Its growth connects to a bigger question: how much financial activity will eventually move onto decentralised trading platforms? That is a sector worth monitoring. But platform growth, competition, token supply, and trading activity must all be considered before making a decision. Here is the part most traders get wrong. They look at the biggest percentage gainers and assume those are the best opportunities. They see a coin rising 20% and immediately want to buy. But what happens next? Sometimes the move continues. Other times, early buyers take profits, late buyers become exit liquidity, and the chart reverses before they understand what happened. A rising price is evidence of movement. It is not proof of a good entry. My approach is different: 1. Identify projects with a reason to attract future demand. 2. Check whether trading activity supports the market narrative. 3. Wait for price confirmation instead of guessing the bottom. 4. Enter only when the potential reward justifies the risk. 5. Protect capital when the original trade idea stops making sense. The question I want every trader to consider: If the entire market turned bullish tomorrow, which projects would have a genuine reason to attract capital — and which ones would only rise because everyone else was buying? That question matters more than another random price prediction. I am watching $BTC, $ETH, $SOL, $ZEC, $NEAR, and $HYPE for different reasons. I am not claiming all six will rally together, and I am certainly not suggesting that every dip is a buying opportunity. The next big winner will not necessarily be the coin with the loudest community or the most exciting headline. It could be the asset that quietly builds demand while everyone else is busy chasing yesterday's pump. Don't trade because the crowd is excited. Trade when the evidence gives you a reason. $BTC $ETH $SOL

$BTC | $ETH | $SOL | $ZEC | $NEAR | $HYPE The next strong crypto move may not come from the coin making the loudest noise today. It may come from assets attracting steady attention, building real use cases, and showing that traders are willing to put capital behind them. That is why I am keeping six names on my watchlist: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Zcash, NEAR, and Hyperliquid. But there is an important difference between watching a coin and blindly buying it. Each asset has a different reason to attract interest, and each carries its own risks. 1. $BTC — The market's direction still matters Bitcoin remains the asset I would watch first. It has the strongest influence on overall crypto sentiment, and major moves in BTC often affect the direction of the wider market. When Bitcoin holds important support and buying demand returns, confidence can spread into other large-cap assets. But if BTC loses key levels, even promising altcoins can struggle. Why watch it? Because Bitcoin can help traders judge whether the market environment is supporting risk-taking or calling for caution. 2. $ETH — A major network with room to prove itself Ethereum remains central to decentralised finance, stablecoins, tokenised assets, and smart-contract applications. Its long-term value is connected to activity on its network and the demand for its block space. However, being an important project does not guarantee an immediate price rally. Traders should watch network activity, capital flows, and whether ETH can regain strength against Bitcoin. Why watch it? Ethereum has a large role in crypto infrastructure, but its price still needs to confirm that buyers are returning. 3. $SOL — Strong ecosystem, but momentum must be respected Solana continues to attract attention through its fast transactions, lower fees, and active ecosystem of applications, DeFi projects, and consumer-focused crypto products. That creates opportunities, but it also brings risk. High activity does not always mean the token price will rise. Traders should look for sustained demand rather than chasing a sudden green candle. Why watch it? SOL offers exposure to one of the most active smart-contract ecosystems, but entries matter more than excitement. 4. $ZEC — Privacy is a different market narrative Zcash stands out because it focuses on financial privacy. Its shielded transactions allow users to protect transaction details, making it different from many transparent blockchain networks. Privacy could become a more important discussion as digital finance expands. Still, regulation, adoption, liquidity, and market sentiment can all affect ZEC. Why watch it? It offers exposure to a distinct part of the crypto market, but traders should not confuse an interesting use case with guaranteed demand. 5. $NEAR — Infrastructure and AI are worth monitoring NEAR is working to make blockchain applications easier to use and build. Its broader direction also connects with the growing interest in AI and blockchain infrastructure. The opportunity depends on whether these ideas lead to real users, useful applications, and sustained network demand. A strong narrative can attract attention, but lasting value requires actual adoption. Why watch it? NEAR sits in a sector that could benefit from future growth, but execution is what traders should monitor. 6. $HYPE — A project tied closely to trading activity Hyperliquid has built its identity around on-chain trading, particularly perpetual futures. Its ecosystem makes HYPE interesting because trading activity, platform growth, and new market features can influence attention toward the token. However, this also means traders should watch platform usage, competition, token supply, and changes in market activity. A busy trading platform does not automatically mean its token will keep rising. Why watch it? HYPE gives exposure to the on-chain derivatives sector, one of the areas where crypto users are actively experimenting with new financial products. My trading approach I would not buy all six assets at once or treat them as equally attractive. I would rank them based on market conditions: - BTC: Use it to judge the broader market direction. - ETH and SOL: Watch for strength in major blockchain ecosystems. - ZEC: Monitor privacy-sector demand and price confirmation. - NEAR: Look for real adoption behind the AI and infrastructure narrative. - HYPE: Track trading activity and the growth of its ecosystem. I would also avoid entering after a sharp price spike. Wait for a clear setup, define the invalidation level, and decide the stop-loss before opening a position. If the potential reward does not justify the risk, there is no reason to force the trade. My view: These six assets deserve attention for different reasons, not because they are guaranteed winners. The real opportunity is finding the one with improving demand, a clear technical setup, and enough upside to justify the risk. Trade the evidence, not the excitement. $BTC $SOL $ZEC

🚨 BREAKING: The Fed just kept the pressure on $BTC . Remember Kevin Warsh, the "Bitcoin-friendly" Fed Chair? Well, this week reality hit. The Fed held rates at 3.75%-4%, but the vote was 10-2, and two officials wanted an immediate hike. Warsh also stressed that inflation is still above the 2% target. 😬 The market got the message: • Traders now price roughly an 86-87% chance of a rate hike in December • $BTC briefly slipped under $80K and is now trading around $77K • $BTC is on track for a fourth straight weekly loss • October is closing red, about -4% for $BTC, in a month that has averaged gains of 18% since 2020 • Altcoins like $ETH and $SOL usually feel the pain too when Bitcoin turns lower Why does this matter? Higher rates mean $BTC has to compete with safe returns near 4%. When money gets more expensive, risk assets feel it first. One bright spot: $HYPE jumped as much as 17% this week after ICE, the owner of the NYSE, announced plans to bring Hyperliquid-based perps to the US. So not everything is red. 🔥 To be fair, not everyone is bearish. Some analysts say $BTC's next move may depend more on Treasury yields, the dollar and overall risk sentiment than on the Fed alone. And a hike is a market expectation, not a promise. Warsh declined to say what the Fed will do next. So here's my honest read: being "crypto-friendly" doesn't mean easy money. Watch the inflation data and the December meeting closely. 👀 Where do you stand? Buying this dip, waiting for clarity, or staying on the sidelines? Tell me below 👇 Not financial advice.
