Solana Foundation Chairwoman Lily Liu: Extremely optimistic about PayFi, but it has not yet truly landed in this track
Golden Finance live reports, on February 19th, at the Consensus HK conference, Solana Foundation Chairwoman Lily Liu stated: PayFi's initial vision was a peer-to-peer electronic cash payment system, but it has always been synonymous with transactions, that is, exchanging one token for another. However, PayFi's original vision was to make payments in economic activities, i.e., exchanging tokens for services. This vision has not yet been fully realized due to lack of reform and infrastructure improvements. She believes that the application scenario of PayFi is huge and is the white whale of the crypto industry - a great challenge as well as an opportunity.
