Matrixport: As market sentiment stabilizes, the likelihood of downside risks being effectively contained continues to increase
Foresight News reported that Matrixport tweeted, "Although the start of the new year appears calm, market sentiment is gradually recovering. Notably, our Greed and Fear Index moving average is forming a clear bottom pattern, which historically often coincides with the bottoming phase of bitcoin. Therefore, the likelihood of a price rebound currently seems higher than the risk of another round of sustained sell-offs. This does not mean that prices will immediately return to historical highs. However, as market sentiment stabilizes, the probability of effectively controlling downside risk continues to increase. This stands in stark contrast to late October last year, when we warned of the possibility of a larger correction in the 'Target Matrix' weekly report. Although 2026 will still be challenging for pure long investors, disciplined tactical trading is likely to become the key dividing line between winners and losers."
