```htmlGolden Ten Data, June 5th|Nokia announced on June 5th that it has completed the issuance of 500 million euros of senior unsecured notes under its Euro Medium Term Note program. The notes will mature on June 5th, 2032, with a fixed annual coupon rate of 3.625%. Nokia has applied for the notes to be listed on the regulated market of the Euronext Dublin exchange. Nokia stated that the net proceeds from this issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including the early repayment, according to the redemption terms, of its existing 500 million euros in outstanding notes with a coupon rate of 3.125% due in May 2028.```
