Superseed: Will migrate from its own L2 to the Ethereum mainnet, users must bridge their assets before August 15
Foresight News reports that CDP lending protocol Superseed has announced it will abandon its own L2 network and migrate its entire ecosystem to the Ethereum mainnet to directly access Ethereum's liquidity and RWA ecosystem. Superseed stated that after abandoning its independent chain infrastructure, all engineering resources will be focused on application development. The core products will include the native lending protocol, the self-repaying stablecoin suprUSD, and the yield strategy Super Strategies, with protocol revenue used to replace L2 gas fees for repaying user loans. The Superseed L2 chain will be officially deactivated on August 15. Users holding assets such as USDC, USDT, cbBTC, ETH, etc., must complete cross-chain transfers before this date; the project cannot guarantee asset retrieval after the deadline. Users holding SUPR tokens who miss the deadline will have their balances recorded at deactivation and can later claim Ethereum native SUPR via a dedicated contract, with further details to be announced separately.
