- Pricing set at CDI + 0.8% for the first series; CDI + 0.95% for the second and third series.
- Maturities set at five years for the first series; seven years for the second and third series.
- First and second series paid via payment-in-kind using debentures from the 10th issue; no new funds raised.
- Net proceeds from the third series earmarked to bolster cash; general corporate purposes.
