Technoprobe voting rights decrease 1.16% after shift to single-vote shares

- Total voting rights are now 1,113,767,183, versus 1,126,832,400 previously.
- Ordinary shares with one vote increased by 13,065,217 to 192,754,557 voting rights.
- Enhanced-voting shares decreased by 13,065,217 to 460,506,313 shares, equal to 921,012,626 voting rights.
- Share capital remained unchanged at 653,260,870 ordinary shares, equal to EUR 6,532,608.70.
