- The current Jeep Mine Notice of Intent permit was issued March 6, 2026, within 15 business days; a similar timeline is expected.
- Separately, VR allocated 1,950,000 incentive stock options at $0.56, exercisable for five years, pending TSX Venture Exchange sign-off.
