02:06 PM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MarketAxess (MKTX) said the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission granted an early termination of the waiting period for its acquisition by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), satisfying a key antitrust condition for closing the deal. MarketAxess said Thursday in a regulatory filing that the merger remains subject to other customary closing conditions, including approval by its shareholders.
